 | Firecat Who says cats are not into Fire Engines. Here I am on the 20th of March 2009 on a Field Trip with my friends from the Sri Juara School. We had a fire safty presentation and tour of the Padungan Fire (Bomba) Station. The station is located in the center of Kuching at the intersection of Jalans Padungan and Central Timur. Actually, just across the street from the Great Cat of Kuching statue.

Happy 4thBirthday A quiet Birtday at home... My 4th Birthday was a nice quiet affair at home with my friends and a nice Birthday cake with strawberry icing including vanilla or chocolate ice cream as a topping.My friend gave me a new sofa bed/chair this year as a gift as well as some of my favorite treats. Overall it turn out to be a nice day to turn four years old. Besides that, my cat friend came over the night before and we went out to celebrate and did not get home till eleven PM (My curfew and don't ask what we did).

 | Chinese Lantern Contest On September 13, 2008 I entered a Chinese Lantern Contest sponsored by the Green Heights Coummunity Associaton at the Green Heights Mall.The contest was held in conjuction with the Moon Cake Festival held each year in Kuching. The lantern needed to be made of recycled materials and as you will see it was. Check it out and see how I spent a Saturday evening having a little fun.

Kuching City Parade 2008 On August 1st I participated in the Kuching City Parade to salute Kuching on its 20th Anniversary of being a city. One note this year, the parade was on a Friday night and started at 7:30 PM. If you see a bit orange in the pictures, its the street lights. In fact, one picture you will even see a star. It was a interesting and long night for me and wish you could have been with me celebrating.

 | Cat's Radio At times things don't go as expected. I and my friends went to the Cats Radio new headquarters dedication to partake in the festive activities. The only problem, the weather did not cooperate and it was a rainy and overcast day. While doing the outside photos, I and my friends got a little dirty and had to forgo the inside activities and pictures with the other dignitaries. But most importantly I missed out on the grub.
